The views from the ocean view are amazing. Beautiful location too. Rooms are older and quite dated yet very clean and a great balcony. We’d stay again for sure.

Better suited for 45+ years old

Generally a proper hotel, nice facilities. It is visible that the hotel was built many years ago, and both the rooms, the facilities and also the visitors are a bit outdated. I would not recommend for younger couples, but for older people this could work. It is in a quite area.

We booked the stay because of really good reviews of the hotel and its 4 star rating and what was supposed to be a great breakfast. 1st room we were accommodated in had ants, we got moved to another room where the “AC” was very loud and barely working. The breakfast was very basic and we pretty much ate just the fruit. Overall the hotel is definitely dated and I wouldn’t rate it as 4*. I have to admit that they have a nice ocean view though. We originally booked 2 nights and after the 1st we decided to cancel the 2nd.

The bathroom could do with a glass panel - curtain is outdated! The hairdryer was poor and didn’t work well. Pillows were poor quality . Could do with a kettle in the room with some tea gags and coffee

The key to open the door was the most interesting thing . The front desk agent has to explain with a sample door knob he had at the front desk to show you how to open your room door .

Hotelli ei todellakaan ollut 4 tähden luokkaa. Huoneessa oli hometta, ja torakka uima-allasosastolla. Ystäväni sai allergisenreaktion homeen vuoksi. Hotellin esitteet antoivat väärän kuvan. Ystävällisesti palauttivat hinnan yhden yöpymisen jälkeen. Muutenkin ei vastannut 4 tähden tasoa. Sijaitsi mutkaisen tien päässä, 6km Sao Vicenteen, kulku vain taxilla. Saimme huoneen Sao Vicentessä. Onneksi tämän kiertomatkan loppun vietimme Riu Palacessa, siihen hotelliin voi aina luottaa.

En este viaje reservamos dos hoteles distintos, en la costa norte y sur de la isla, para facilitar movernos por distintas zonas y rutas. En ese sentido la localización nos resultó muy práctica, aunque la zona es menos turística y los hoteles a veces lo reflejan. Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma para poderse considerar un 4 estrellas (además de evitar que entren hormigas en las que están a ras del jardín), las zonas comunes están mejor. El desayuno es mejorable, al igual que el parking, aunque la zona es tranquila y es fácil aparcar por las calles frente al hotel.

Forfærdiget ophold!

Meget slidt hotel! Den eneste grund til stjerne nummer 2 er beliggenheden/udsigten! Alt på hotellet trængte virkelig til en renovering. Værelserne var nok moderne da hotellet blev bygget for 20 år siden. De ligner så ikke rigtig er de er renoveret siden. Det trak ind ved døre og vinduer på værelset, da de ikke kunne lukke ordentligt. Morgenbuffeten var så skuffende at vi allerede efter første dag savnede at der var noget mere, samt bedre kvalitet. Sløvt personale der generelt ikke havde så travlt med at få serviceret de få gæster, der var i januar. Vi ventede over 10 min på at få lov til at bestille i baren, efter at “bartenderen” lige havde udleveret drinkskort til os, forsvandt hun i 10 min - og der var på ingen måde travlt på hotellet! Aftenmenuen/roomservice manglede halvdelen af menuen (da der ikke var mere brød til sandwich, burgere m.m.). Der er så meget lækker frugt på den her ø! Men alt frugt i buffeten var virkeligt kedeligt og juicen var koncentrat fra en maskine. Den indendørs pool levede ikke op til billederne og når det regnede udenfor, så regnende det ind/ned i den indendørs pool - og nej, det var ikke meningen. Der er dog et plus mere (ud over udsigten) - der bliver heldigvis lavet god pizza på snackbaren over for hotellet, så man kan få noget aftensmad. Fuldkommen uforståeligt at dette hotel kan have 4 stjerner! Jeg hælder meget imellem 1-2 stjerner, men en ting er helt sikkert - jeg vil aldrig anbefale dette hotel!!

Kein 4- Sterne Standard

Wir kamen spontan in das Hotel und fragten nach einem Zimmer. Hierbei wurde uns gesagt, dass es nur noch sea- view Zimmer gäbe und diese 105€ kosten würden. Als wir kurz überlegten, wurde uns ein primitives Bed and Breakfast- hostel geraten. Anschließend schauten wir noch einmal über Hotels.com nach dem o.g. Hotel. Hier wurde uns ein Mountain- view Zimmer mit den gleichen Konditionen für 77€ angeboten. Im Endeffekt haben wir ein Zimmer ohne Sea- view bekommen und der Föhn war eine Katastrophe. Zudem waren Ameisen im Zimmer. Dementsprechend war noch nur die Ambiente katastrophal sondern auch der Service für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Wir haben uns aufgrund des Umgangs an der Rezeption sehr diskriminiert und abgewertet gefühlt. Nur weil wir in Wanderschuhen spontan nach einem Zimmer fragten.

Fomos muito bem recebidos, toda equipe do hotel muito simpáticos e prestativos, serviço rápido tudo muito limpo e organizado, tivemos a oportunidade de estar no quarto com varanda de vista para o mar e piscinas, logo pela manhã uma vista incrível, amamos tudo piscina interior e exterior, a funcionar, perfeitamente, tudo perfeito .
