Everything about this property is top notch. From the staff at the front desk, the cleaning staff, the rooftop and the restaurant on the ground floor and the perfectly appointed rooms. I enjoyed my stay tremendously.

If you arrive at the airport and get to this hotel early, prepare to pay for an upgrade to a bigger room to get in early. They said my room would not be ready until check in after a 13 hour flight even though someone else later told me that my room was perfectly ready. I paid the $200 a night extra charge For a better room I would also highly recommend you. Tell them to remove everything in the minibar before you enter even though my wife and I went across the street to buy drinks and snacks and we didn’t touch the minibar. We got multiple charges after we left the hotel on our credit card. Make sure that when you check out you check out in person and you go over the bill in detail and if they won’t remove the minibar, make sure that you get a manager at your room at checkout to put in writing that nothing from the minibar has been taken.

Must stay here when in São Paulo

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in São Paulo, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and professional service provided by the staff. I stayed in the garden suite, which offered breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel is ideally located near a variety of excellent restaurants, making dining out convenient and enjoyable. The concierge was incredibly helpful, providing me with a list of fantastic local lunch spots. I look forward to returning on my next visit to São Paulo!
