To put it quote simply, it was the worst experience in my life. I brought my family to Brazil for 3 weeks for our summer vacation. I stayed at this flat the week of May 31 all the way to June 9. After my experience there, neither I nor my family wanted to return. They advertise the flat as suitable for 4, but my family of 4 was struggling every night to sleep comfortably. One of the 2 “beds” that they offer is a sofa bed that has a literal yellow mattress by how dirty and old it is, and with every move you make there is such a loud sound that is sure to wake up the whole family. The whole place was covered in dust and such. And as a bonus the sink and toilet were clogged all.the.time. They do offer towels and sheets, but they are at the worst possible quality. The same goes for the pillows, where if you’re sleeping upstairs in whats supposed to be the actual bed, the pillow does not protect your head from the metal pole behind you. So if you like to sleep with your head even a bit upright, you can say goodbye to that at your stay here. Anyways, after that week we spent, we traveled to Rio de Janeiro where we obviously stayed in another hotel. While we were out of São Paulo, we unanimously decided we did not want to return to the flat. I tried so hard to cancel my reservation for the next week but they refused to give me any money back. Even with Expedia’s team helping me, the owners refused to budge whatsoever. In the end we stayed the second week but we would never return.
