If you are traveling from abroad then do NOT use this location. I almost missed my flight trying to send the negligent room management documents before my arrival. I text them on a Friday and they didn't reply until Monday with the ridiculous list of things to submit. It took over 2 hours and almost missed my flight. Secondly, the property wlll charge you for used towels and bed linens. I changed accommodations after 3 days. I love Sao Paulo and will be back. But I will not return to this villa.

tudo ok... porém gostaria de ressaltar que referente a taxa de limpeza do imóvel a qual é descrita no contrato recebi o imóvel com chão sujo , cheio de mosquitinhos que provavelmente vieram da varanda.. ou seja a taxa de limpeza não foi bem aplicada porque o imóvel não estava limpo como deveria. Referente aos utensílios de cozinha seria interessante panelas anti aderentes pois as panelas comuns que tem no apartamento são antigas queimam e grudam o alimento facilmente. De resto tudo ok tive um pequeno imprevisto com a TV que não funcionava mas isso foi apenas um detalhe. Em resumo foi uma boa estadia, local seguro e silencioso. Até a próxima oportunidade.

Críticas para melhorias.

Horário de check-in às 16h é ruim para o viajante. Deveria ser 11h o check-in e o check-out às 14h. Assim seria o ideal. Seria bom se pensar em modelo de negócio centrado no cliente, e não na disponibilidade do pessoal da limpeza para liberar o quartoa. Pela falta de locker e pelo check-in tardio, tive que deixar as malas em outro canto da cidade, criando muita inconveniência nos deslocamentos. A comunicação via chatbot é ruim também, quando o assunto é urgente e preciso de interação humana.

Hospedagem agradável, studio novo e confortável, bem limpo, defeito não tem garagem, deixei o carro na rua, mas não tive problema, o carro ficou em frente ao studio. Me incomodou um pouco ter que fazer o calção e saber que ele será liberado somente após 07 dias.

Adoramos!

Adoramos o apartamento, tamanho ideal para um casal. A cozinha é bem equipada, mas não tem forno! A área da varanda é uma delícia, com uma vista maravilhosa. Vizinhança extremamente tranquila e passa bastante sensação de segurança. Check in e check out super práticos, sem problemas. Não conseguimos aproveitar a área de lazer do prédio porque estava bastante frio, mas adoramos e com certeza voltaremos.

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa! O apartamento tem tudo que precisamos para o dia a dia, fora o atendimento 24h que me ajudou quando minha senha de acesso ficou ruim.
