Oi! Tive a oportunidade de agradecer pessoalmente por toda a ajuda que tive durante as poucas horas que fiquei… toda a equipe com quem tivemos contato foi super gentil com a gente mesmo com o tumulto de um voo cancelado. Nosso único problema foi a questão do estacionamento, mas sabemos também que foi a forma que o hotel foi construído e não já muito o que seja feito. Mais uma vez muito obrigada!

Despite requesting for a transfer from and to the airport that was never provided as staff never replied to my requests which ended up costing me a further 150 Brazilian reais for taxi
