Posted 15 Mar 2024 on HotelsArrived and theyd lost my booking, re eptiin staff was not gery helpful. Just stared at me and shrugged. I made him take a copy of my xonfirmation but he didnt seem bothered. Only when i contacted hotels.com and they got involved was there any movement. He finally found me andvthen regused me an early checkin despite my booking statescearkt check in as id landed at 4:30am. I was allowed to check in at 3pm. The hotel is nothing special, dated and early 90s. Things were broken here and there and it was all a bit shabby. Breakfast so so, again not that nice. Coffee yuk and a lot of meat yuk. Check out took forever as they are so slow. I wont be returning - avoid

I thought the staff is not very friendly. Any request, and they would say “we will check if it is possible “, but not in an encouraging way, not like they really meant it. Not sure if the moral is low, as it happened with all the staff, for all requests, including early check in. I actually sent an email asking if it was possible to have an early check in as our international flight would arrive in the am, and the blunt answer was “if you want to be checked in in the morning, you have to book the room for the day before.”. Not the best way to approach the customer. It is disappointing because we love the location, breakfast is great and we had stayed there in February this year. Will look for other options for the next time.

Although it is a bit outdated our overall experience was excellent and we highly recommended it. Walking distance to Paulista, taxi and Uber service in minutes at all times. Super friendly and competent staff.

The building is old infrastructure and functionally obsolete in terms bed, tv, cabinets, et al. The property was clean but obsolete.
