Met all our expectations. Clean apartment, good amenities, friendly staff, especially Alexandra. Amazing breakfast. Only downside is it is close to CGH Airport approach, so you may hear the noise of planes landing through 11pm.

Good but to be improved

The hotel is based in a nice area safe and not too noisy. The room are a bit old and not very well isolated, i was there in August and it was a bit cold in my bedroom. The breakfast is nice with plenty to choose from. I wish they would update the room. Ok for a couple of days, i would not stay there for a longer time.

Não parece Mercure.

O pior hotel da minha vida. Foi a primeira vez, em 35 anos de profissão que troco de hotel no meio da hospedagem. Não parece ser um hotel, mas sim um flat que tem moradores e quartos para locação. Não entendo como pode usar a marca Mercure. Fiz uma reserva de três diárias, mas só fiquei uma. O ar condicionado não funciona e fazia um barulho horrível. Pedi para trocar de quarto, mesmo que para uma categoria inferior, mas não consegui.
