Clean and centrally located.

Delicious breakfast buffet. Hotel is very well located. Super clean. Room have just been re-painted. Very helpful staff. Great view from the top floors.

I really liked the location, and the room was nice with a great view. However, the staff is generally terrible, almost non of them speak basic English and they are when I asked for a bucket of ice I got a response of “let me check”. The room floor was quite dirty yet the cleaning staff were pleasant and almost always available. We had no internet at the room or even anywhere else in the hotel and the staff were useless for the whole 6 days stay. Quem reserva um Ibis Budget já tem que ir sabendo que não cabe nada, então se estiver com muitas malas nem vai, mas o que incomoda mesmo é que enquanto toma banho, a água vai escorrendo pela porta para dentro do quarto, já me hospedei várias vezes em Ibis Bugdet diferentes e em todos acontece isso.
