Hello please help me with a refund for this. I am unsatisfied with my stay. To begin the app was not letting me reserve and the night was 30$ I had to use my computer and then it charged me 40$. Basically 10$ more expensive just because I was not able to use the app. My app was having issues last night as I was trying to reserve a room. After hours of trying I was able to reserve this place. My room was dirty. My pillows has gum stain and the sheets had stains too on them. I have picture. There was no towels or shampoo to use for my shower. Looking forward for someone to help me with this refund thanks.

The property is totally over price and the building is old, the bathrooms and the toilet extremely small

The área surrounding the hotel seemed unsafe.
Too many alcoholic homeless individuals about a block away from hotel.

The only thing we didn’t like, was the location. But all in all, our experience was really good

Posted 16 Feb 2023 on HotelsO ar condicionado central estava estragado e nos disseram que deveria ser consertado até o dia seguinte, o que não aconteceu. Depois descobrimos por outros hóspedes que o problema estava acontecendo há semanas, e o Ibis mandou uma mensagem avisando apenas horas antes do checkin (provavelmente para não ter cancelamentos).
Além disso, foi oferecido desconto para os hóspedes pelo inconveniente, mas apenas para aqueles que tinham feito a reserva pelo site próprio do hotel, ou seja, quem fez por outra plataforma saiu no prejuízo, mesmo o hotéis.com tendo me dito que faria o reembolso caso o hotel emitisse alguma nota dizendo sobre o problema, mas o Ibis apenas ignorou.
Para completar, estávamos em 2 quartos e em um deles o teto do banheiro estava cheio de mofo.
Simplesmente absurdo para um rede desse porte. Nunca mais
