The hotel needs a complete rehab. Old furniture, bathroom that looks like it's from the 70's, bed wasn't bad, location is kind of noisy, but convenient. A bit expensive for what it is.

Localização boa porquanto fica próximo ao metrô Higienópolis porém, as condições físicas do hotel são DECADENTES. Não há a preocupação de conservação e um mínimo de modernidade, que seja. Nem ar na recepção existe além de mau aspecto. Móveis em muito má conservação, porém, o quarto que me forneceram o ar funcionava e a tv plana também com net. Banheiro bastante simples, higienizados, sem secador e toalhas de baixa gramagem. Wifi do 5° andar não consegui acessar. Pode ter sido problema meu; o da recepção nunca tive problema. Atendimento atencioso, colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã básico, bom para quem não é de almoçar no café, mas num salão péssimo, descuidado na apresentação. Localização do hotel boa, porquanto fica próximo ao metrô Higienópolis e ao redor do hotel há bares, e mercados, embora nenhum restaurante agradável. Zona estudantil por conta da universidade Mackenzi. Adiante do hotel, avenida Higienópolis com seus bons e belos e edifícios e, na continuação, o shopping homônimo de alto nível. Não diria que o custo benefício é bom para as condições que oferecem. É MUITO DECADENTE, mas a localização facilita a chegada à Consolação/Paulista e ao centro, República; uma estação apenas para um lado ou outro.

Wi fi não é bom nem seguro. O restante é compatíve
O Hotel é bem localizado mas a internet, que todo mundo usa hoje em dia é muito ruim tanto na qualidade como na segurança. A limpeza é fraca. A condição do quarto é compatível com o preço e o café da manhã estava bom em geral. Só voltaria lá se não houvesse opção melhor disponível na região

Um lugar confiável e tranquilo para se hospedar
A estadia foi muito agradável. O hotel está localizado em um ótimo ponto da Rua Maria Antônia. Fiquei em um andar baixo e não tive problemas com barulho. O café da manhã começa a ser servido às 7h ( o que pode ser um pouco tarde para quem tem compromissos cedo), e é bem farto. Frutas, pães, sucos naturais, frios, etc (o pessoal da cozinha tenta nos atender sempre que possível no que pedimos). A equipe é muito solícita e simpática. Desde o check in me auxiliaram com tudo que precisei, inclusive me orientando sobre locais próximos para almoçar ou jantar. O prédio tem uma estrutura mais antiga, mas o quarto que fiquei era espaçoso e muito confortável. O chuveiro com água quente e pressão. Camas muito confortáveis e as camareiras tiveram muito capricho na arrumação e limpeza do ambiente. Tive um pequeno imprevisto que me exigiu chamar a manutenção e eles foram muito rápidos e solícitos em providenciar tudo. O Wi-Fi no quarto que eu estava as vezes ficava fraco, mas no geral consegui acesso tranquilo sem maiores problemas ficando mais próxima ao aparelho que tem na entrada do quarto. A equipe foi incrível comigo, precisei prolongar minha estadia e tudo foi providenciado de forma ágil e muito profissional. O preço das diárias é justo e com certeza eu voltarei a me hospedar com eles se precisar.

Gostei da localização, rua muito segura e com muitas opções de restaurantes, funcionário educados e solícitos, o que não gostei foi do café servido no quarto, peca pelo falta de alguns itens e pelo excesso de outros desnecessários
