Good hotel for the price. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff super helpful. Fantastic breakfast! The street noise is quite loud at night since it is a busy area. They could perhaps get better windows to deal with the noise. All around great experience

The rooms and amenities were very old. Lights in the sleeping area didn’t work. Toilet was clogged for 24 hours and despite repeated attempts to get help it stayed clogged until I checked out. Restaurant staff was polite and courteous, food was atrocious. The cook gave zero “F”s and just served what ever. Over cooked cold and just gross. Would not stay again if I had a choice. Front of house very polite, back of house staff and maintenance was horrifying

This is the equivalent of an old motel in the USA. Towels are so old they’re see-through and stained. The furniture is dirty. The bathroom fixtures are old and rattle. The WiFi doesn’t reach inside the room if your room is a corner one. Left after the first night and went to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay. The location is convenient to the companies in the nearby towers. The staff is nice.

Stayed for 2 days for business, mostly because of it’s proximity to my office and the unavailability of essentially every other hotel in the area (last minute trip). Arrived and was frankly surprised it was rated so highly on hotels.com. Old, stale, terrible mattress, and awful bathroom with extremely bright white light that made you feel as if you were in prison. Musty smell throught the entire hotel. A couple clients were surprised to hear I had decided to stay there, even offering to book me a new hotel (unfortunately—none available in the area). I paid around $300usd per night (supply and drmand, I guess). In my opinion, the hotel was would be more approriately priced at atound $80usd a night. That being said, staff was very nice so no issues there.

I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times in the past 10 years and they act like I'm a new customer. The rate that Expedia quoted is NOT the price I paid. The eating area was EXCELLENT, but the shower and bathroom had sitting water and mildew. I did NOT feel like any VIP status and of all the travel I have had around the world, this was NOT the quality for what I paid. Disappointed and after all these years, this will probably be the last time I stay there when I go to Sao Paulo
