I did not like this property.it was too far away from the city of sao paulo. The toliet did not work eventhough they fixed it. The pool its actually not par of the hotel but part of the water park and a public poor.

A propriedade é muito boa, com toda a estrutura de apoio. A dificuldade é chegar no local, pois fica em uma região de Cotia bem difícil. Além disso, recomendo que a propriedade instale placas de sinalização para auxiliar a chegada.

Tive problema com aquecimento do chuveiro. Fui solicitar a resolução e disseram que estava em manutenção e não tinha o que fazer. Pelo valor da diária isto é inadmissível acontecer.

Hotel despreparado para o atendimento ao público

Hotel bem novo, instalações amplas e boas, porém despreparado para atendimento ao público. Vou listar itens que me fariam não mais retornar para o estabelecimento: sem prato infantil, atendimento no restaurante péssimo - só uma garçonete sem postura no atendimento (mexendo no cabelo o tempo todo), pedimos dois pratos de carne que devolvemos - sem possibilidade de ser comido - trouxeram outro, que foi devolvido outra vez e a garçonete não perguntou se não gostamos, se queríamos a troca....nada ....e ainda foi cobrada a quantia de 99 reais, por um almoço, que foi devolvido; fomos para o parque aquático com o neto, com uma caminhada de 15 minutos entre subida e descida, sem ter um carrinho de golfe para o percurso; a recepção nos colocou uma pulseira no braço e nos deu toalha para o parque, explicando que não iríamos pagar o ingresso, pois estávamos hospedados no hotel, porém, as 4 criaturas que estavam batendo cabeça na recepção não nos informaram que deveríamos comprar um cartão qdo chegássemos, para incluir um saldo, pois o parque não aceita dinheiro, nem cartão, o que não possibilitou ao nosso neto comprar água ou sorvete. Retornando ao hotel e, considerando a péssima alimentação, resolvemos fazer check-out, depois de 6hs da chegada, retornando para SP. Ninguém outra vez não nos perguntou pq estávamos abrindo mão da diária, se poderiam fazer alguma coisa para ajudar,....nada foi feito para amenizar o desgosto e o prejuízo. Só se limitaram a pedir desculpas pelo transtorno.

Quarto amplo e novo. Camas e chuveiro ótimos. Ambiente com natureza, bem bonito. O café da manhã precisa ser revisado: pão francês murcho, salsicha de marca duvidosa, pouca variedade.

Ótimo atendimento.

O atendimento no hotel é excelente desde a recepção, até as pessoas que atendem no restaurante, na limpeza dos quartos... Muito educados e atenciosos. A comida também é muito boa. Mas o valor dos pratos poderiam ser reduzidos, pois são bem salgados. E seria bom um estacionamento coberto.
