"This place was even better than it looks in the pictures. From the second I booked I was welcomed. When I arrived the staff were kind and helpful. I was escorted to my room. The room was fabulous. The shower was hot and full and the best I’ve had in Europe. The room was a mini apartment with a separate well appointed kitchen. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable and luxurious. Reception staff always ready to offer advice on where to dine, walk or visit depending on the amount of time we had that day. "This apartment suited our needs and met our expectations. Only issue we experienced was checking in with the code that was somewhat complicated. The initial code did not work. Communication with the property via WhatsApp messaging and phone was excellent and we did get another code BUT when we got to our room it had not been serviced from guests prior. "The hotel is located in a nice location, which is walkable to major attractions. Everything about the hotel was great. The bed was super comfortable. The only potential issue is that the room air circulation is either not on or not the best. So when opening the door, it can become noisy due to street car or motorcycle. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much."
