Overall good stay
Posted 19 Jun 2024 on HotelsOverall, we had a pretty good stay at this hotel. For the money, it delivers good value. The room itself was pretty clean, but our shower was quite dirty and could use a proper deep cleaning.
But all the staff were very Nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, including a good selection of fresh fruit. And the location is very good, especially for a nice dinner out on a restaurant near the Lagoon or at champs mall nearby.

The room was tiny by any standard. It was so small that the wash basin was outside of the bathroom, which crammed the bed area even more. The wash basin was right by the bed! The underground garage is also very small and difficult to negotiate with a car of any size. The hotel is located on a busy road, so don't expect peace and quiet here! You will have to go some distance to find decent restaurants as there isn't much around the hotel. The food served from breakfast was good, with the usual regional options on offer. The staff were pleasant and helpful, but given how crammed the room was I would not stay at this hotel again.
