The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately needs a lot of attention. The cleaning at the cafe was not good, in the room was ok.
Our door to the balcony was broken and didn’t close.

The door need to have battery covers. The sheet looked like they were washed but had stains. Location is excellent. The staff was helpful and nice.

Location is excellent

The best quality/price hotel I have found in SJC, after staying at the National Inn and at Novotel. Furthermore, the good thing is that there are plenty of good restaurants few steps away from the hotel.
