Floors in the room have never been mopped. Carpet in the hallway never been vacuumed. We got stomach sick after eating breakfast (which is included as part of your stay).

My room was like a small loft apartment.
Pros: The hotel was conveniently located and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful.
The pool and fitness facilities were good.
The free breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety of food.
Cons: The laundry machine was moldy and dirty.
The kitchen had only 2 glasses and no dish soap, so I couldn’t wash anything.

Check in process was slow. The initial room we have been given had no AC remote, the staff who responded to our call did not bother in helping us regarding this and just moved us to a different room. No factual help provided besides moving us from a room to another after we were already set in the room.
