My experience at B&B São José dos Campos was not good at all.
They gave us room P-006 which is 1 st floor in an open area to the lobby. Every time the door downstairs opened, you could hear inside the room. People talking, staff talking and phone ringing was literally so disturbing that we requested to move rooms.
The staff hesitated and not even apologized for what was happening. Never again.

Very good, I give to Hotel staff 5 stars, they are very helpful, kind and ready for help.
Fabiana from Reception is outstanding
Also gentleman from parking lot and “ blonde lady “ from housekeeping are outstanding.

Spoiled Food, Broken Windows.
Posted 25 May 2018Booked a single room with a queen bed I was given a room with 3 single beds.
They changed to a new room and the window was broken wouldn’t close. It was freezing cold. No blankets. Noise. Didn’t sleep at all.
And then to complete my stay I was served spoiled OJ juice at breakfast.
Will never go back.
