Hotel con excelente ubicación en el centro histórico de São Francisco do Sul. Se puede caminar a cualquier ubicación del centro. Buen buffet de desayuno ( se paga por aparte). Algunas luminarias,conecciones y decoración podrían mejorarse pero en general está muy bien en relación al precio.

Quarto em não conformidade com a reserva... Fiz a reserva em um quarto de frente ao mar, porém colocaram em um quarto lateral... Cama de casal são 2 camas de solteiro juntas, horrível!!! Estou com dor nas costas até agora... Chuveiro tmb é complicado, não esquenta bem nem a pressão é adequada, as vezes sai jatos mto quente que chega a queimar...

Não sabiam da minha reserva no hoteis.com, 3 andares de escada, cupim na cama e nas portas. Mas o pior foi ter meu quarto invadido por engano pois quem fez meu check-in não lançou no sistema e o outro atendente pegou outra chave e entrou no meu quarto para hospedar outra família. Uma bagunça total. Diferente do que dizia a reserva; Não tem estacionamento, não tem cortina blackout e a TV é antiga de tubo. A localização é EXCELENTE.

A única coisa boa é o local,pq o quarto é horrível, cama pequena travesseiro da pior qualidade, café da manhã tenebroso,e pagamos 500 reais a diária,pra nunca mais voltar.

Não possui estacionamento, o carro fica na rua em frente ao hotel. O wi-fi não funcionou direito e, apesar do pessoal da recepção me informar que a piscina ficava aberta 24h, fui no período da noite e da manhã e estava fechada. Fora isso, o hotel é bom, tem restaurantes ótimos por perto, bem como lojas e bancos.
