"We loved our stay at Condes de Azevedo Palace. The staff were amazing, the building quite interesting and the apartment perfect for our needs. The location was also very good for our needs. Very central, easy walking or train to anywhere we needed to go. Also close enough to the river. Just overall a great experience. We can't wait to go back."

"Arrived when Guestify office open so checked in with a person. I did see a lock box next to our apartment so I would guess check in easy even after hours. Staff very helpful and had great info on Porto on our arrival. The only problem was we had booked and had confirmed a specific apartment through Hotels.com but we were moved to a different apartment at the front of the building so could be a bit noisy. "Excellent position very central for everything There are are couple of negatives and it’s in the rooms The tv is suspended from the ceiling on a pole and you have to duck when going to the bathroom so in the middle of the night it could be dangerous Also no sockets except by the bed making make up hard as also no mirror by the desk or socket These could be rectified simply The staff were excellent Luis helped a lot Excellent service also from the rest of the staff"
