O Problema de Ontem é o de Hoje
Há poucos dias reclamei da camareira do andar, pois não só não estava entrando todos os dias, mas quando entrava não fazia um bom serviço. Eu detesto fazer reclamações sobre uma pessoa específica, mas realmente estava incomodado com a atitude. No dia que fiz a reclamação fizeram um ótimo serviço de quarto e trocaram toda o enxoval de banho, deixando boas toalhas. Dois dias depois (num domingo), ligavaram avisando que, por conta do movimento e da falta de profissionais, naquele dia não haveria serviço de quarto, mas no dia seguinte, meu quarto seria prioriazado. Pois bem, no dia seguinte saí pouco depois das 10 e retornei às 17 e só para variar meu quarto não tinha sido limpo, de novo. A camareira estava no mesmo quarto que ela sempre está quando está no meu andar (são os quartos de extremidade não sei se é o 1013 ou 1014). Não sei se fica dormindo ou vendo novela, mas duvido que esteja trabalhando. Estou indo para Natal e nesse hotel para o qual estou indo eles cobram 40 reais pelo serviço de quarto. O Stop Inn deveria fazer o mesmo, ou cobra pelo dia do serviço de quarto separadamente, ou devolve pelo que paguei que inclui o serviço de quarto que não é feito.

Quarto ótimo, atendimento ótimo, cama ótima, travesseiro alto não gostei, banheiro ótimo, chuveiro ótimo, café da manhã ótimo, tv só tem canais abertos, garagem ótima (tem duas com muitas vagas), localização não muito boa, perto de uma cracolandia, a gente deparou com vários viciados, o hotel fica ao lado da Av Antonio Carlos que tem um fluxo grande de carros e pode incomodar o barulho. Ficamos apenas 1 noite, recomendo, mas por mais dias acho melhor outro hotel melhor localizado.
