I got this hotel to support smaller hotels in the area. When we arrived there was no clear direction to where check in was and wondered in the area a bit. It was stated there was parking but the parking is the streets of San Juan or paying public parking at other hotels. We checked in and was told there is no Internet. We got into the room and the room was a key lock but with enough giggling the door unlocked without the key. When I got in I just wanted to have a nice shower after a long day and lay down. Jumped in the shower to find there was no hot water. When my boyfriend went to grab me a towel he saw blood on them and on the sheets underneath the towel. He took it to the front and informed them of the blood and was told the hotel does not have extra towels or sheets so I would have to wait till they washed it and just sleep without the sheets for now. So I had to take a cold shower and then air dry. When I grabbed the pillows to lay down I turned it around and saw a black boot print on the back of the pillow. I ended up just leaving less than hour after checking in. To many cons and not enough pros

We’ve enjoyed our stay at wind chime's. Been there twice. Close to great restaurants, and walking distances to the beach!

The hotel was in a great location, a quiet part of the area but walkable to many beaches and restaurants, and only a ten minute Uber ride to Old San Juan or the airport.

Cute little property with a pool and lounge area. The bar was not open like shown in pictures and the restaurant is across the street but overall great!

Place could be ok with some work, bar closed, rooms were not really that clean, our shade didn’t work so there was an absolutely no natural light. Staff was generally nice and it’s in a good location but it needs a lot of work.
