Staff were helpful. They were quick to respond to my needs. They also kept my room clean when I went on day trips. I also had help from a staff when I lost my card key. I was partying late until 5 AM but I showed her my ID and told her my room number and got another card key. Thanks !!

CONSTRUCTION ALERT! The web page says the restaurant and bar are under construction. The whole hotel except foors 1 to 8 are. And it seems as though they will be for a year. My room had a temporary elevator outside the window. Work starts at 7am. Traffic from the train station starts at 5am. Buses, cars, motorcycles etc all rev up to the stop light in front then brake at the light and rev up again. Other guests also slam heavy doors atvall hours. The real reason to stay here is the hope of a view. Half the hotel is backed by a ten story hotel. No views possible currently. The other side has some views. They also dont turn the rooms over as advetised. I got in at 230 but the family before me was told to wait until 330. The maids didnt clean until 4pm. The only reason they didnt get a 1 is that my room was big. Not sure what the new rooms will look like. Id avoid until construction is finished or rates are below 100. Or if you dont hear well or dont need sleep. The metro is good enough that you dont have to be near the station if that is a consideration. Especially if you buy thev8e unlimited ticket. Which you should do anyway. Especially if using metro from the airport.

location 2 minutes walking from Sants station is what makes this place valuable. However, the property is is need of a big renovation, which it does seem to be undergoing
