Good hotel although very very poorly marked. You literally could stand in front of it and not know it was there. Handy to train station.

Hotel is still work in progress. Staff are still learning, check in is slow with no system. Room is basic and seem to lack some amenities like kettles, water etc. unlikely to return or recommend

Staff was amazing and we really appreciate them. However there were problems with the system which caused so much hassle. We were 6th in line for check it at 2:45pm and was in line for an hour. After settling into our room, someone knocks and tries and inspect the room, and in the morning the staff called and came up to our room to get our names because there was something wrong with the system and it had no name. Again the staff was amazing and I don’t blame them but the problems with the system was horrible.

Hotel location perfect for train station.
Staff lovely and very helpful.
Disappointed that the pool and roof top bar were not there as advertised. Having stayed before this was the main reason for returning.

The room was VERY sparsely furnished (no closet or dressers) terrible odor from bathroom & no place to put toiletries
