Correct pour le prix

Attention aux réservations en Hiver, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, les personnes qui gardaient la résidence n'étaient pas au courant que nous arrivions. Chambre proprete mais avec applique cassée, prise hors service... Rafraîchissent à prévoir. Bonne situation et petit prix

The owners were very friendly, however it was challenging communicating with them as they don't speak english. The room was comfortable and the onsite pool was a nice perk. However, the bathroom situation was an issue. Every time you took a shower, the bathroom floor would be covered in water as the shower curtain doesn't go down to the floor and it doesn't cover one open side of the shower.

We arrived in town quite early, and were just hoping to leave our bags for awhile, but were shown immediately to our room. It was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The area was mostly quiet except for the bells of the donkeys walking by! We did get a good workout walking up the steep path into town every day, but that is everywhere in Fira!

Avoid if you have a late night arrival

As per instruction, indicated late check in (with my arrival time). Up on arrival, no staff to be found (and unclear where is the "Front Desk") No phone on site to call. Ended up run back to the main street and ask for help. Someone helped to call the property multiple times without answer, eventually, the person helping me seems to know the owner and get a hold of him. Spent over an hour in the fear nowhere to sleep before getting into a room. The first night, the room we had wasn't the room we booked, but we were exhausted and lucky to have a bed to sleep in... We booked the 'sea-view' room, and the lady keeps saying 'pool.. pool.. swim.. swim... pool view...' When we use Google translate to make sure she understands "Seaview", she said it's a 2 minutes walk (er, actually is more like 5-10)... ?! BTW the room doesn't see the pool either. The next morning, we get reassigned to the room we book (was occupied when we arrived) and it was much better. The location was not bad, close enough to town (Fira) and far enough for the noisy bar/tourist. Just the first night experience leave a sour taste... One last thing, the Wifi signal is pretty good during our stay. BUT the internet speed was so slow and at time unusable. So beware!

The view on the balcony was amazing and the room was decent. The cleaning staff was very friendly and the swimming pool was spotless and refreshing. Communication with the hotel can be difficult unless booking through air bnb. I was arriving a few minutes after hours because my plane was late and didn’t have a way to contact the hotel because no phone number was provided on here or online and since I was just arriving from a different country, I had no SIM card for my phone yet. Once I arrived, no one was there or on property and there was no note explaining where my room key was and/which room was mine. In my message to them using this platform, I explained that I’d have no cell service or WiFi once I left the airport, since I didn’t have a SIM card yet and would be there around 10:30. I arrived at 10:10 and waited until near 11 and no one came until I found a nice lady staying at the hotel who messaged them through air bnb. Fortunately, the staff responded very kindly to where my room and key were located then one of the staff came all the way to the hotel to say hello, which was set nice. Perhaps because of language there was miscommunication so I won’t give a bad review and everything else was pretty good, but I hope in the future, if they know some one is arriving late, they will leave a note or instructions somewhere for after hours guests. I don’t know what I would have done if that nice lady didn’t come out of her room to help me. Sleep by the pool? Haha.

非常不推薦的民宿,道路巷弄極限差,周邊環境不良,房間有異味,要退不肯,只要錢,不付趕人,恶房東！

Réserve pour obtenir une chambre avec deux lits séparés. Le contrat fut respecté uniquement la première nuit. Mais surprise le deuxième jour en rentrant d une balade , mes affaires ont été déménagées sans aucun préavis direction le Rez de chaussée un seul lit pour 2 personnes plus de balcon et installé côté place côté bruyant. J ai demandé à avoir un deuxième lit en me fâchant j ai obtenu un lit de camp avec un matelas de 2 cm. D autre part côté respect du sommeil je sais bien qu on est en vacances mais les proprios parlent fort jusqu à minuit et demi et à 05h30 on recommence le bruit . A déconseiller
