This was a great cozy small hotel right across the beautiful black sand beach. Top restaurants a stone throw away, nice shops a short stroll distance.
The staff was excellent, professional and friendly.
We highly recommend this hotel.

Great small scale hotel, owner and staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious plenty of options.
Walking distance to anything you desired shopping and restaurants at your doorstep.
Great place to stay will definitely return in the near future.

The staff is amazing!!! The surrounding area is filled with amazing views Absolutely Wonderful people it feels like you are in Paradise ...The Food is Excellent ..check out The Boathouse Restaurant for his Traditional Greek night and menu... Thank You for Great Memories of an Absolutely Gorgeous Place and People....We Are One In This World...💖💖💖

Best Kamari Hotel
Posted 17 May 2024 on HotelsThis was a fantastic place to stay for our Santorini trip. The location couldn't have been better and being able to hear the ocean at night from our room was a nice bonus. The Boathouse is located in between the two main restaurant “districts” so it is close to everything yet still isolated enough to be peaceful. Within 5 minutes, you can walk to shopping or pubs. The bus station is an easy 7 minute walk and for €2 per person you can get almost anywhere on the island. The breakfast was fantastic at this hotel as was the tiki bar. Great people and great conversations. The owners are so kind and generous and gave us lots of tips on where to eat and what sights to see. I hope I get to return to Santorini and, if I do, I’m staying at The Boathouse.

Lovely hotel would recommend

The rooms are lovely, comfortable, loved the bathrooms.
The rooms at the back are dark, no tvs not that it bothered me just never had that before. The airplane noise is excessive and intruding but that is the only negative.
Beach is right in front and so many wonderful restaurants

Thank you Sheila for your review, we appreciate your feedback.We would again like to stress to review readers and possible new guests that as stated previously numerous times we do not advertise TV and we will never get TVs in our small 17 room hotel as the peace and atmosphere just wouldn't be the same with 17 TVs on. Also, yes our back rooms (Non-Sea view Economy Rooms) are a little darker and less expensive then the Sea view Rooms. We have many returner guests who prefer the back rooms as they are cooler in the hot periods... Sheila visited in October so for more light we would suggest the more expensive Sea view Rooms.Sincerely, The Boathouse, Santorini
