Honestly, we had an amazing experience with Cilon Suites. The staff were very helpful, informative and will go the extra mile to make you feel at home. We loved it there and will highly recommend. Also, their breakfast was great and plentiful.

What an unbelievable 2-night stay at the Master Suite. Absolutely stunning views and interiors aside, our host Stavroula and staff Donna were absolutely lovely, Stavroula being extremely responsive over WhatsApp on any questions and travel recommendations, even if super last minute, and Donna being lovely helping us with breakfast and room service orders… other staff helped us take unforgettable photos as well. 20 out of 10 experience

The location has a fantastic view from its position on the Caldera, and is a very short walk to the bus stop, ATV rental shops and restaurants.

The cleaning, breakfast staff and of course Ameli are all amazing. Ameli genuinely makes Cilon what it is.
Standouts;
-Rooms were clean
- Beautiful views of the caldera. The location is a 25min walk to the main town Thira.
-Breakfast was enjoyable. We were able to order online and select a specific time where the beautiful staff would come and set up a whole spread outside facing the Caldera.
I had some unfortunate dealings with the General Manager which I found very upsetting. I somehow ended up with with two reservations on different platforms due to an ap glitch on one. I only noticed once both payments came out. I immediately alerted the hotel with in 24hours of payment being debited. To my distress the general manager initially offered me a $4000 credit note rather than a refund/reversal for the duplicate booking even though I had already paid the same amount to stay at Cilon in the coming weeks.
I was spoken to and treated really poorly by the general manager.There was a lack of humility and decency towards me. I spent hours/days crying and pleading for my funds back whilst on honeymoon in another country with my credit card maxed out. I will never forget the effort Ameli went to in order to resolve this. She mediated between myself and the general manager where I eventually had my funds returned after two months. Hence I still give Cilon 5 stars however hope that in future circumstances the general manager is kinder towards customers and learns from Ameli.

Everything about this hotel is superb, from the breathtaking views, the beautiful and spacious room, the amazing breakfast, and most of all to all the amazing staff who made us feel at home. Ameli and Stav and everyone else there are outstanding! Thank you so much for such a memorable stay, we will be happy to be back!

The stay was excellent. The host Stav was incredible. Breakfast was on point. Wine to die for. We came right before busy season so it was not crowded so a lot of construction going on but it was great still.

The staff was so sweet, met us with umbrellas in the rain, carried our luggage, and upgraded our room after the first night. The food was delicious and set up beautifully every morning. The views from this location were stunning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
