Very challenging with ‘no front desk’. Apparently there is someone on the property that just mysteriously appears. Many codes are required and none were provided at check in. It is not clear how to re enter the property after initial check in. And no way to get help with calling a cab at check out.

The hotel is very close to Plaza San Marcos. It is very convenir to walk around. There are many stores and restaurants. The room was very cleaning and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable.

Poor quality, old and dirty
Posted 14 Apr 2024 on HotelsHotel is actually a group of rooms in a residential building. We had a room on the lower floor which was very old, barely cleaned and with minimal comfort. The walls were full of muld, many things were broken. Very expensive for the value.
Area is okay and has a big TV
Only stay if you need a place to crash for a couple of hours

Hard to check in as we did not have a cell phone. We had to ask someone who happened to walk by to call the property for keys.
