"I booked this property from 23-27 Sept. I arrived at 5:30AM on 9/24, but the security inquired of the name and phone no. of the owner (w/c was not provided to me, only a tracking no.) The local cell listed was unreachable, multiple calls made. The security and condo rep couldn't assist, i had to call Expedia rep to cancel and refund my reservation. "

"Wonderful stay for our family of 6 -Daily housekeeping -Friendly, helpful and professional staff -Fantastic location for restaurant's, shopping, etc.. At the time of this review, hotels.com lists "laundry facilities" as an amenity. This is not accurate. They do have "laundry services" and they will do a fantastic job with your laundry if needed. "I need my money be refunded. The cuando I booked was not available anymore. They told me when Im was getting to check in the property it's not available because the owner they are not own it anymore. I can't contact the host/ owner of they said property. I need to get my refund, and she need to take it down her condo property in Expedia website. "
