Arrived and they were not expecting me, although I had emailed and called them. owner was not in town, didn't check in but was told I could stay in a room until owner returned, maybe tomorrow. room was small no windows, no towels, no toilet paper and on that first evening there was no water. no TV, no internet, no free breakfast. only thing that was as advertised was the air-conditioning. I moved out at noon on the second day to a real hotel. never did see owner or any staff. only locals trying to sell local girls.

Right in the beach. Located in a bad neighborhood and had a difficult time finding the place bc I could not believe Expedia even had this motel listed. Bed took up the entire room, ni lamp, tv didnt work. Bed sheet didnt fit the bed, comforter was torn as well ad the shams. Ni pillows and I didnt feel comfortable having either one touch my face. So my arm was my pillow. Paid for 4 nights, stayed one. Get what you paid for.

Posted 22 Apr 2018The task o f even FINDING this hotel was miserable. We drove around and around for over an hour. The phone number on their webpage is disconnected. No way to see the tiny sign in what look like a bar on front street. You have to walk through to the back to get to the hotel which had blaring music on in restaurant. Was not sure how to even maneuver check in as we could not leave our bags in the car in this awful area. Ultimately decided to forget the non refundable room payment and find a nicer hotel. I live in Costa Rica. Not afraid of traveling and local environments but also saavy enough to know when an area is sketchy.

Pros: Nothing, the hotel was not in service
Do you really do not know that, this hotel do not exist, How can you ask these questions, you should check the location before you listen them online.

Old hotel in unsafe area
Posted 28 Mar 2018Old hotel with no phone to confirm reservation. No sign out front, very difficult to find. Cracked tiles, holes in walls, exposed electrical wiring, lost power every night, they ran a generator. Half-way working air conditioner that leaked water down the wall, puddling on the floor. Bars on windows, my door had 4 locks. Security fence locked at night w a guard sleeping in lobby. However, staff exellent. Kept me safe. Drove me to airport. And the beach was right there.

Old world hotel on the beach
Posted 27 Feb 2018I was supposed to have a beach view room - first night it was not available so had to sleep elsewhere & move the next day. Airport shuttle was supposed to be available and then I had to pay $25. While the employees were VERY nice, the hotel was just average.

Thank you for staying with us and your understanding. The previous customer decided to stay an extra day last minute, therefore, we couldn’t do otherwise due to the very short notice. N.B: The airport pick up and drop off is clearly stated on our page that we charge $25 each way daytime. We do not provide free shuttle.

My worse experience
Posted 23 Feb 2018I called on feb 17 to cancel the Hotel. 1.number not working. 2. Extremely hard to find no sign. 3.dirty and smelly. 4.no receptionist. 5. I review the room and it did not have a kinsize bed it was a queen. Kitchen no utensils. Room was musty smelly like and refrigerator was off and stinky. Walked around 5 or 6 blocks in a street that i felt unsafe to finally find it. When I saw all that. I decided not to check in. I want my money back. No one should go through an unpleasant experience like that. Please remove that hotel of your site.

You do not get what you pay for

Pros: it was immediately in front of the beach
Location: there are other cheaper hotels nearby with greater and longer beach area.
website stated that the room we requested included one way shuttle from airport to hotel. and later owner said that was not included. we reserved a specific room and got another room without the ocean view we paid for. The owner told us that the previous guest had decided to stay two extra nights, which were the nights we had reserved. Although owner gave us a free drink and did not charge us the extra cleaning fee, and apologized for the inconvenience, he did not give us a discount for giving us a different room of much lesser quality. it was not a pretty

We apologize for the inconvenience of not having the room with the balcony available for your stay. The amenities were exactly the same and a bigger room was offered to our guest. The reason we couldn’t reduce the price were clear and simple, we didn’t charge for the taxi, or extra fees and we gave free drinks to our guests. At this point, we agreed that everything was fine due to the fact that they weren’t staying for too long.
