The worst property I have stayed. They don’t give you a key fob to get Into the main door. I waited 20 mins twice the second time in the rain to be let in. And no one seemed to care. I got My things and immediately left never to return.

This has got to be the worst property I have ever stayed. And I have stayed at this property many times. It’s under new management and they are the absolute worst. Before they took over, guest received a key fob to get into the main door. When I wasn’t given one I asked how am I suppose to get in and was told someone would be at the front desk. In one day I waited 20 mins twice, and the last time was in the rain. Immediately got my things and left and I will never return. This used to be my favorite place to stay and I will never return.

The check in process was tedious as the front desk lady was extremely incompetent. She didn't know the wifi password and it took her over an hour to finally locate it. On my last night at the property the hotel staff aloud an unwanted guest to enter the property into the reception area. I already told the hotel staff that I did not want to see this individual but the hotel staff still proceeded and let the unwanted guest on the property. That is a complete violation of hotel guests rights. That made me feel extremely unsafe. I felt violated. What if something bad happened or I could of been a victim of a crime or theft. The hotel staffs obligations are to the patrons staying at the establishment, not to outside people who are not guests staying at the hotel. Bad business practice. You make guests feel unsafe staying at your hotel.

Good evening, after a verification of the security cameras and meetings with the different collaborators who interacted with you, we were able to reach the following conclusions: 1. The WiFi password was provided to you, but you were entering it incorrectly and it was not I connected it, support was given and the QR code for the Wi-Fi was scanned, which we have in all the rooms and in the reception area. 2. About your visit, which was more than once as your companion and one of these times you wanted to offer money to one of our collaborators and he did not accept it and you were the one who called her that last night at the hotel and then he did not want to receive her, her companion did not go beyond the reception, which we cannot deny entry to anyone, but he never went to the room area, because he did not have his authorization, even understanding that if this was more than once with You told yourself that after sending for her you did not want to say it and you were asked to leave the property and they proceeded to call you a taxi. You were always provided with the best services and assistance requested, as characterizes us, respecting your space. All of this exposed here was captured in security cameras that we have in the common areas, including reception for the safety of our guests and collaborators. We are very sorry that this was your feeling, but we are very jealous of the integrity and safety of our collaborators and our clients.

Un muy bonito lugar desde que encuentras la puerta para acceder, personas amistosas y serviciales, cámara de vigilancia y habitaciones cómodas con buena climatación. Definitivamente volveríamos allá. Solo tener presente que está un poco oculto para encontrar ya que no se ve un letrero facil de aprecia, pero después, un sitio muy bonito y cómodo.
