Rooms are on the second floor accessible only by a stairway. No elevators available. No assistance provided by staff in bringing luggages up or down. Stayed for several days and rooms were NOT cleaned or serviced during entire stay! Bed frame was cracked and needed to use a bucket to flush the toilet. Moved to a different room the next day. Not much better. Bathroom floor floods (both rooms) while showering and shower drain was clogged. No options for the “free” breakfast. You are served what was available.

Very disappointing!

Very disappointing! I booked 2 rooms and we checked in late around 23.00. I usually check reviews first but this was booked at the last minute so i didn’t have a chance. The rooms were both dirty, beds weren’t changed and toilets weren’t cleaned with some used sachets from previous guests still there. And the worst part? There were little insects like cockroaches and spiders! We were all just so tired so we just slept through it. I managed to speak to the manager on the phone the next morning but could only apologise. Be warned! Will definitely not recommend!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, always wanting to know what they could do to help make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Did you at least check into the fact that they are telling customers who book with your service that they dont belong to your service and try to recharge/double charge people. I dont care you wont print this but this seems to be the only way to get your attention
