This Hotel is completly falling apart and out dated, upon entering our room there was water all over the floor in the bedroom coming from leaking windows. The ceiling fan in the living room had a missing blade, and once you turned it on the base of the ceiling fan was so loose I feared for my life. There was poop still in the toilet along with the trash can filled with poop filled toilet paper which stunk the whole apartment up. Not to mention, the toilet it self was broke and the sound of running water all evening. Being that this hotel is right off the highway the noise was beyond loud, with cars zooming and people fighting in the courtyard. The furniture is stained and dirty. This Hotel is on of the worst in Boca Chica.

All equipment in our rooms meets safety standards.Cleanliness: Our housekeeping team adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Any report of substandard conditions, such as those described, would have been immediately addressed. There were no reports of such conditions during your stay.Noise Level: While our hotel is conveniently located near major transportation routes, we have taken extensive measures to minimize noise for our guests. Our windows are double-glazed, and we offer rooms facing quieter areas of the property for those sensitive to noise.Furniture: Our furniture is regularly inspected and maintained. We have received positive feedback regarding the comfort and cleanliness of our rooms.We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. If there were specific issues that needed immediate attention during your stay, our staff is always available to assist and resolve any concerns.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with the exceptional experience that many of our guests have enjoyed.Kind regards,

Its pretty dismal and most things don't work there. Pay a little more and go elsewhere and you'll be glad you did.
