Not worth staying at according to the guest I sent to outdated

Hello Hans,We are sorry to hear your friend couldn’t enjoy their stay here. Most guests love our accommodation and even come back in the future for new trips, we were hoping the same from your friend. It’s unfortunate you are giving a review on a business that you DID NOT show up to, instead you sent someone else. You did not visit our hotel so you are giving a blind opinion. Also, you reserved for 2 guests and 3 random guests showed up (you never showed up). We were nice enough to respect the reservation total and not charge anything for the third guest. Hopefully you can actually visit us sometime soon, and not some unknown person sent by you. Thank you,

The property was extremely clean . I was sick the owner took my bags to my room and made me tea . This was the icing on the cake .
