Extremely Disappointing Stay at Golden House Hotel & Restaurant I had the misfortune of staying at the Golden House Hotel & Restaurant during my visit to the Dominican Republic, and it was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the property was in serious disrepair and poorly managed. First, the door to my room was severely damaged, leaving me feeling unsafe during my stay. The lock was not properly functional, and you could see where it had been poorly patched up. As if that wasn't enough, there were exposed electrical wires in the room! This is a serious safety hazard that should have been fixed immediately, but it seems the hotel has neglected basic maintenance. The bathroom was no better. The toilet didn’t work properly, causing endless frustration. On top of that, the sink was filthy, making it clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. There were leaks, and water pooled on the floor, making the bathroom unusable at times. It’s absolutely unacceptable for a hotel to provide such conditions. As for the towels, they were old, torn, and had multiple holes in them—definitely not something you would expect from a so-called "hotel." The linens in general were in poor condition, further adding to the overall sense of neglect. To add insult to injury, when I requested a room change, I was charged extra as if it was an "upgrade." This is absolutely absurd considering the state of the original room.

Very pleasnt attendant, nice and clean place, also Good security. Will highly recomended
