"We arrived with no hot water and reported it immediately. They fixed the problem right away and resolved the problem that night. We requested a microwave and provided it right away. Pillows are great and mattress felt good. Staff is friendly and excellent service. Plan to stay again to this Hotel in the future. "

"I recently stayed at Balay ni Manuel Ken Maria and had a mixed experience. The hotel is a family-managed business, and I genuinely appreciated the personal touch and warmth in the service. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay more comfortable. The breakfast offered five local dishes with a choice of coffee or juice, though it could benefit from a wider selection. That said, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. "The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food."

"GREAT for beach/surfing activity, good restaurant on site this place is close to other eateries & staff was excellent very friendly, helped w/tours & transport :) They should have 1 pool for kids & the other pool for adults. Overall good stay comfortable hotel & late check-in is available!"

"Maritoni did not disappoint. I planned to stay only for a couple of days but I ended up staying for over a week as the staff and the resort itself were terrific! Facilities are newly renovated, the Bali vibe is gorgeous, food is excellent. All the staff are very, very hospitable. I would definitely stay again on my next visit!"

"I wanted to give them 5 stars. Everything was excellent, except the most important, the beds. The mattresses were too well used and had a plastic covering so we were all sweating against the mattress even though the aircon was as cold as you wanted."

"The only good about this hotel is the location coz it's at the beach front. Everything else is not worth staying. Commonal bathroom and shower that ate very small, the room is literally just a cubicle with no other amenities except aircon and with the price of almost $100 per night, you'll get a far better experience at Hilton!!!!"

"Affordable place. Not to our standards. However,if you want to tour 100 islands this place makes it so easy it was worth it. They have their own boat,trike driver. Will also help sign you in with tourism. Breakfast was good but overpriced. Also did not get free welcome drinks! Bring your own towels or be charged. "

"This hotel needs some work. The staff was very friendly but the rooms give off a very cold almost creepy asylum feel. Beds are hard and the blankets were stained. Grime in the corners. Won’t stay again."
