Very nice hotel in a great area of Santiago. A 5 minute walk to the Costanera Mall, bars, restaurants and the subway. Staff were helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed, good AC and water pressure. The breakfast was standard hotel buffet (not bad but not spectacular either). Would definitely stay there again.

Nice property, friendly staff, but odd decisions on cost savings.
We were given a single nespesso pod for 2 people staying 3 days. Others were available for pirchase. An oddly cheap experience given the cost of the room and left a poor impression.

The staff was very friendly. However, the rooms were closer to an IBIS than a Hilton. No closet, no safe deposit box, no place for luggage, no room to maneuver. Will not be returning to the Ola when I return to Santiago.

Clean, walkable, friendly staff, quick 7 minute walk to Costanera Mall. Special thank you to Victoria at reception for accommodating us with an earlier check in time.
We had travelled 24 hours with no sleep and really appreciated the hospitality.

I really liked this property. We were a group of 9 persons arriving late at night very tired and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Many of the staff are bilingual.
