Very basic hotel
Posted 29 Dec 2020 on HotelsThis hotel is very basic and its price is low. You get what you pay for. It is not very clean, unless you get a room with air conditioning because it is considered a premium room. Otherwise the room is not clean. We booked a room with air conditioning but at first they gave us a room without AC. The room is not clean at all. Then we asked to be switched to a room with AC, like we booked and paid for. They switched and the room is much better.
If you have better budget, book somewhere else. If you want to save money, this hotel is ok, just ok to stay at.

Hoteles.com me cobró doble???

Publicidad engañosa de expedia, no es un hotel de 650 la noche, es de mucho mucho menos y las habitaciones lo dicen todo, la primer noche fatal, frente a recepción, mucho ruido todo se escuchaba, la habitación cin cucarachas y arañas, el ventilador no echaba mucho aire, la segunda noche mejoró, el personal hizo lo que pudo
