Fantastic pastries at breakfast. Convenient location within a short walk of the metro and the cable car. Good sized, comfortable room. Helpful front desk staff. Although check-in is clearly stated as 3.00 pm we arrived quite early from a very long 14 hour flight so it would have been a nice gesture to show a little flexibility and allow us early check-in, I'm fairly sure rooms were available although I fully accept that the hotel was well within its rights to make us wait.

Front desk and restaurant staff were great. room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooftop pool closed in winter but looks nice for when it is open. Breakfast was good.

Nice stay near Costanera
Posted 25 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was nice but some things were weird. I booked myself a day early as I would be way too early for the checkin. I hadn’t been allowed to pay online for some reason. I arrived to find they had cancelled my booking and tried to charge the entire stay plus a $300 deposit on my credit card. My credit card company rejected the transaction as they had no authorization from me. They did let me check in and didn’t charge me for one night and gave me free breakfast for my stay but still it seemed odd. Besides that it was a nice enough hotel. A staff member did disturb me at 6pm every night to check the minibar. I’m not sure why this couldn’t have been done during the day. Room is very nice and it’s close to the Costanera centre. Área is really nice and safe. Staff are friendly.

Really nice boutique hotel in safe quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Rooftop pool is great for relaxing and catching sunrise and sunset over city. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Modern clean and comfortable rooms.
