A localização é otima, o hotel é bom e limpo, o que poderia melhorar e o serviço e atendimento, pois a recepção nao faz muita questao de ser simpatica e te ajudar no que vc solicita.

Awful initially, great after.
Posted 29 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe check in experience was awful! I booked a room with 2 beds, for a couple and a child. When we arrived at the room, there was only one bed. No one informed us the room we booked was not available and we had the terrible surprise when we got at the room. I went back to the reception and said there was no bed for my son. The employee said he couldn’t do anything and I had to talk to the manager the next day. So we had to sleep 3 people in one bed, with only 2 pillows!!! The next day the manager apologized, we were moved to the type of room I booked and we received a dinner invitation as an excuse. So, although the initial stay was terrible, it became pleasant after the second day. The locality is excellent, breakfast was very good and most employees are very friendly. I would recommend the hotel.
