This is a nice, modest hotel at a reasonable price in a dilapidated and rough section of El Centro. I enjoyed my stay.

It's a quiet place and closed to downtown. It was very helpful for me to go to airport easily For just 2000 pesos to get airport.

for the price the place is good. Just the area around the hotel is dirty but that is to be expected being downtown. My only problem is the hotel does not have AC. I was just there and it is summer and gets quite hot. The fan in the room was not enough. It is good they give you a simple breakfast and a small bag lunch that is included . All the rooms have wifi which was great. The rooms are all small too

Not good area for single woman
The hotel was fine. Breakfast was decent, a sandwich in a bag, yogurt, instant coffee. Helpful staff. The area is a bit sketchy, or at least appears so. As a single woman, I wouldn't want to be walking around at night, and there's not much nearby.

Basic acceptable for the price
the room is descent for the price comparatively to other hotels, it was as described , it has no windows, convenient for short stay. the bathroom was very lean, nice shower , the bed however is not conformable but acceptable, the bed sheets were stained a bit, the breakfast was pretty basic, just a soluble coffee, juice, boiled eggs and a sandwich, yogourt, but it's a ice snack in the morning for sure.

Hotel, ya con sus años, bastante cuidado, muy limpio, buena atención del personal, justo en el centro de Santiago, con transporte público cercano, minimarkets y opciones para comer, las habitaciones pequeñas, baños diminutos , se escucha el ruido de las otras habitaciones , el servicio de desayuno incluido es la verdad demasiado básico, café, yogurt y sándwiches, pero por lo que se paga no se puede exigir más , buena opción para tomar en cuenta si visitas Santiago.

O hotel tem categoria 3 estrelas, mas o quarto que ficamos o 32 não passa de 2 estrelas. Pequeno, apertado, escuro, uma janelinha minuscula, as roupas de cama nas varias noites que ficamos não foram trocadas! As fronhas velhas quase rasgadas desbotadas cheias de bolinha... tinha até cabelo. No banheiro uma marca de fezes no porta papel que já estava lá nós mesmas limpamos. Hotel caro,não recomendo, não voltaremos. Porem funcionários atenciosos pelo menos.

De modo geral, dentro do esperando
Foi tudo dentro do esperado para a faixa de preços. Os atendentes do hotel são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Alguns pontos podem melhorar, como por exemplo o café da manhã que é entregue um pacotinho com um sanduíche e uma bolacha, ficamos sem receber em um dos dias inclusive. Você pode fazer mais um sanduíche se quiser, mas achei com poucas opções de modo geral. Outro ponto, isso não há muito o que se fazer, a acústica do quarto era muito ruim, dava pra se escutar muito barulho dos corredores e recepção, bem como da rua. Tirando essas itens acima, o hotel fica localizado em uma região muito boa para turistas ou até mesmo para quem viaja a trabalho, pois fica muito próximo de duas estações de metrô da linha vermelha. A rua do hotel em si é muito tranquila, sendo uma conexão entre duas ruas mais movimentadas.
