Good accommodation in Santiago. Great location, friendly staff, excellent complimentary breakfast. Room was big, clean, but beds were not comfortable and the shower door is not functional, ending up with water all over the bathroom.

They had advertised a fridge in the room. There was a small one where I put food. The problem was that when I left the hotel cut all the electricity in the room so my food spoiled. Also, at night there was no air conditioning. I woke many times uncomfortably warm. If I had known about it I wouldn’t have booked there.

Breakfast was limited items, fruit, bread, yogurt, cereal, pastry and eggs.
