Hotel Director was a great stay and affordable! Vitacura is a nice area to stay- lots of food options and shopping walkable from hotel. Only negative feedback is that the AC wasn't very strong, and there was loud banging in the morning (could have been construction). The staff were amazing- shout out to Gonzalo for going above and beyond for us!

Property is good. Certainly not a 5 star property but a good one. Good value for the money.

Great location, close to excellent restaurants, shops, and parks— great little pool at back of hotel. Clean rooms. A bit loud on tenth floor due to repairs on 11th.

Excellent value for money. May look a bit dated but everything it works
Saw other reviews re traffic noise we have stayed twice now and experienced no noise either inside or out
Will be first choice for return to Santiago

I really like the staff. Mei, Miguel abd everyone is really nice. I think I got an old room and it could be improved. Its convenient for short stays as the area is really nice. Hopefully they can remodel all the rooms to make sure it’s a 4 star hotel
