Nice hotel, great location

The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood of Santiago. The hotel room was pretty clean, and overall in a good condition. The water flow in the shower was not perfect, but still acceptable. The breakfast was really good, with a lot of options, and many fresh fruits. The hotel is located near a metro station, and close to a lot of shops and restaurant. I would definetely come back to this hotel.

Great quiet location to stay.

Hotel Diego De Almagro ~ Providencia offers good services to their passengers at fair prices. Their rooms are comfortable and quiet as compared to other hotels closer to Providencia or Nueva Providencia , main arteries which represent the newer hupcup of Santiago's business, commercial and entertainment centers.Thus, its location is in the Commune of Providencia that happens to be a safe and well protected area of the city. Breakfast services are provided for an extra charge which is cheaper than what nearby cafes or restaurants charge. Breakfast food is great and plentiful, by the way. The hotel staff is very professional and English is spoken at the main counter. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I enjoyed staying at this particular hotel because it was within ten (10) minutes from Providencia' s centrum by foot.

Didn’t offer late checkin. Late checkout came at 25 or 50 percent day rate. Broken bathroom foot tap. Leaking ceilings. Poor internet. No iron in room. Good location walking distance to train, mall and restaurants but won’t stay here again. Leandro at the breakfast was always always helpful. Best thing about this stay.

Comfortable good value

Very nice hotel, good location, walkable. It was good value for money My only disappointment was they could not assist changing small amounts of dollars which most hotell of this category can do.

Nice hotel, staff, rooms.

This was a lovely hotel with nice staff. The price was exceptional for the quality of everything , from service, facilities and rooms to location and breakfast. Only a very small suggestion. Could there be a bar open from midday through to late evening and possibly a kettle in the room.

The hotel feels a bit old but it’s well taken care of. Huge issues with the wifi. If you’re traveling for work and need a good wifi connection, this might not be the place for you. We had to constantly go and work from the lobby because wifi would be horrible in the rooms

This hotel has lovely rooms and is in a great location. However staff are not very friendly and there was issues with housekeeping not providing hand towels or a floor mat (also blood spots on floor from previous guest by the safe). Breakfast was a large selection of items but 3 hot dishes never change. The waiters clearing tables completely cleared my full coffee and half eaten breakfast three times in five days when I got up to grab a butter or juice, it was frustrating- they need to slow down and give it a few minutes.
