Overall very cute boutique hotel in a very safe area. We had an updated room which was nice. Two areas of improvement: the bathroom - more specifically the shower - definitely needed a deep clean. There was a lot of bathroom grime in the shower. Also, the AC unit (which may be a thing in Chile in general) made very loud clicking noises so it may need replacing. I still rated it a 5 because our overall stay was pleasant - staff were very helpful, the breakfast was ample, and our room was nice.

Quiet hotel in excellent location for a city centre stay. Staff always helpful and friendly. Wide breakfast selection. The wifi was strong in the lounge area but weak with dropouts in our room. On balance good value and we would be happy to return.

A bit pricey for the service and the state of the rooms. The hotel feels old. Reception staff were nice, but housekeeping was too loud everyday. Breakfast was ok.

A beautiful hotel with a helpful staff. The breakfast is excellent so is the restaurant. This hotel is highly recommended.

Very nice and convenient the staff wonderful,clean I have been in different hotel in Chile, this was last minute but it was very impress Thank You
