Worth it

Pros: location, price
Cons: air conditioning
Location: Everything reachable by subway
You check in across the street and they are not open on the weekends. Someone came to our room to tell us how to check out as we left on a Saturday. Facilities were exactly as expected, except we were unaware that there is no air conditioning. The weather while we were there was quite comfortable so we were not greatly affected, but the day before we arrived the temperature broke a 105 year old record, so it could easily have been miserable. Location is good, about 300 meters to the subway station.

Muito bom porem o cafe da manha nao.esta muito claro e bem informado quando se faz a reserva.

No es un apart hotel

Primero queria aclarar que no es un apart hotel, sino que son departamentos que los alquilan en un edificio donde viven y trabajan personas en oficinas comerciales. Por otro lado dice que esta incluido el desayuno, no es tan asi, te dejan en el departamento unos jugos agua cafe instantaneo y pan con una feta de queso, una verguenza. Nadie nos vino a limpiar el departamento ni a dejar nada para el desayuno de la segunda noche. Una verdadera estafa.

Apartamento bem localizado, perto do metro, café da manhã incluso, espaço bom, porém a limpeza deixa a desejar...acho que nunca passaram um aspirador no carpete, não indico para alérgicos.
