Good city centre hotel overall
Posted 5 Aug 2024 on HotelsVery good hotel, modern inside, great breakfast, comfortable bed. Location can be great for some to be able to walk to central areas, or terrible when waiting for a taxi as they cannot stop easily at the front. The pavement in front of the hotel is always crammed with people due to the Costanera Mall next door. The only downside was the water in the shower, kept going from boiling hot to freezing cold every single morning for 10 days.

Excellent location, nice room and service. The breakfast was well served and the staff very commited. Very convinient having direct access to the main mall in Santiago.

We enjoyed our stay at the AC. The rooms, views, bathroom amenities, bed were all great.
It is conveniently located next to the shopping centre which you can access without leaving the hotel. Hotel and restaurant staff were good and helpful. For the price we paid breakfast should've been included but it was worth it to add on an extra. The Luna bar had great views, good food and vibes and great staff.
Recommend it overall.
