Very comfortable small room. It was extremely convenient for me since I was going to an event in the area. Lower price than most comparable hotel on that side of town.
Only not so good, the bathroom is tiny, although clean .

No good if you have a problem with your room
Posted 4 Oct 2024 on HotelsOur 1st night was a bad experience. You are provided with an iPad to control the room. Unfortunately ours did not work which meant the blackout curtain could not be lowered & the air conditioning did not work in the bedroom (booked the penthouse). Informed reception but after several hours they were unable to resolve the problem or move us to another room. We asked for a refund so we could move to another hotel. They advised as we booked via hotels.com we would need to contact them. Hotels.com were unable to assist that night. Therefore we had to sleep in a room with significant light & no air. In the morning we asked for an update but they knew nothing of the problems. We left it with them to resolve & went out for the day. Returning in the afternoon nothing had been resolved. Finally the lady at reception intervened & moved us to another room. This was 24 hours after we checked in. However no compensation for the previous night. The remaining 3 nights in the new room was excellent. So this place is good to stay as long as you don’t have any problems as they are useless in solving and understanding the problem

We are very sorry for what happened with the iPad and that it caused a change of room and not an immediate solution.Reviewing what happened, in the last maintenance carried out on the equipment, the provider configured the iPad for the penthouse but twice in the same room. Unfortunately, you were admitted to the room that did not have the correct configuration.I understand that our head of operations spoke with you before your departure.Once again I express our apologies for the inconvenience this caused you.Cordially

Este es un hotel tres estrellas muy bueno muy cerca del costanera Center conveniente la ubicación es lo mejor
