Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-designed. ​A few highlights: ​The Food & Drinks: The restaurant is top-tier; every meal and cocktail was excellent. ​The Tours: We used the hotel’s drivers for trips to Sumidero Canyon and Palenque. They were professional, friendly, and made the long journeys seamless. ​The Staff: Unlike other places we’ve stayed, the team here truly makes you feel like a valued guest. ​If you are visiting San Cristóbal de las Casas, do not hesitate to stay here. It was one of the highlights of our trip!"

"This is the first place that actually placed attention to details. The window can be opened without issues, room is spacious, there is heating and also air-conditioning. The furniture, doors, windows, are all made with craftsmanship. This is not usual for this price range in San Cristóbal. The area is perfect, right around the block from the andador de Guadalupe. This is the only hotel I've ever seen in san Cristóbal, with an underground spacious parking lot, and elevator. I will stay here again for sure. Water pressure in shower is good, and it doesn't smell like sewage or humidity, like so many others. "
