This place is my favorite place to stay when in Santiago. The staff here is excellent. I dont speak Spanish very well (some say not at all), but they were able to make me feel welcomed and went out of their way to make sure i was well taken care of. This property is walkable to shopping, restaurants and the town square which is always busy. I will definitely stay here when i return in a few months. I was impressed from the time i checked in, to my check out.

Los productos de cortesía de bienvenida en la habitación deberían repetirse todos los días de estadía. No debería cobrarse por aparte los servicios de estacionamiento y desayuno (lucrar de ésa forma). El frigobar no está muy surtido ni variado, entre otros detalles

The hotel is ageing. The rooms have been renovated and look okay, but the common areas of the hotel are dated and tired. In addition, the restaurant is ridiculously expensive with respect to anything else in the city.
