The check in was quick and expedient, the staff was fully prepared for our party of 6 and 3 rooms when we arrived. We have stayed here many times and will continue to stay whenever we visit Santiago.

I wasn't able to sleep my window was broken, i was afraid ti sleep

La propiedad tiene una buena ubicación, lamentablemente las habitaciones son incómodas debido a que la mayoría no tienen ventanas al exterior, además de un exceso de mobiliario en una habitación pequeña, lo que la vuelve incómoda. Los aires acondicionados no tienen la opción de apagar el display desde el control remoto, lo que agrega una incomodidad extra por la luz del A/C, me fue necesario pegar una tarjeta con cinta para tener oscuridad en la habitación. Pero los peor es es baño el cual usa una cabina de baño bastante estrecha ( no la recomiendo para personas altas o con exceso de peso, aunque no era mi caso), y el fétido olor de los drenajes que sale en las noches, ya que el baño tampoco usa una ventana de ventilación.
